The clubhouse is comprised of the Shores offices, community room, kitchen and bathrooms. The community room has recently been renovated (Spring 2016), and a new handicap accessible walkway/entryway with new pavers, a ramp and railings have been installed. The kitchen and baths have also been recently upgraded (Spring 2017).
The community room is available to homeowners/renters to rent for non-profit events at a reasonable rate. Call Candlewood Shores office for details. Availability can be confirmed by calling the office or checking the website calendar. (Rental Guidelines and Application click here)
Many events are held at the Clubhouse. These include an annual Holiday cookie exchange, monthly board meetings, annual budget meetings and vote, Halloween and Easter parties for the kids. Future activities we are planning are the 75th Anniversary Celebration, and many more exciting things to come.
